Problem:

Shannon Mackey is the founder of OurGP Clinic, a family practice clinic. After using many off-the-shelf solutions, he needed a solution suited to his business’ needs.

The main objectives were managing the business (managing patient information and appointments) and automating how they create and fill documents (prescriptions, consultant letters, forms).

Solution/Results:

  • We built an Android app that works for phones and tablet. Shannon uses tablets in the clinic so we optimized the app to take advantage of the tablet screen size, making it easier to use for him and his team.
  • We created a module that automatically creates and fills documents that the clinic uses every day. Instead of taking 5-10 minutes to fill the document with the clinic and patient information, they do it automatically by clicking a button.
  • The app manages more than 1000 patients, and they use it every day.

Transportation, logistics and warehousing (several divisions)

Problem:

Ras Group was managing their drivers’ trips in a way that wasn’t efficient.

Their drivers move lots of packages every day, and there was a lot of manual work managing this trips causing data loss and redundancy.

Solution/Results:

  • We built a mobile app that’s integrated with their Odoo ERP system. Drivers can start trips on their own or when they get a notification (push notification or whatsapp message). They input the trip details themselves, and when trips are completed, the information is sent directly to their system, so no communication is needed.
  • We built the app knowing their workplace doesn’t have good internet connection, so it can save all the work locally, and sync with the system once there’s internet connection.After the first version, we continue to support and improve the app based on their feedback.

We worked with Mytra Control, a software and automation company, to build an app for their client. They needed to streamline their work, which was measuring water pressure and generating reports to invoice their clients.

Solution/Results:

  • We built an app that’s integrated with their water measurement device, so their workers can use the app to manage the work.
  • Their workers now can input the work details, measure the water pressure levels, and then automatically generate reports that they use to invoice their clients.
  • The project is completed. Now we are working on adding new features based on the users’ feedback.
